3 Main Domains: Entrepreneurship, AI & Management, AI & Technical

Modular like Lego. Every class ends with a product, not an exam.

0147 programs

Entrepreneurship

The cornerstone of B-School, this category covers the complete venture-building journey. It opens with the Master's degree (1 year / 60 ECTS), which touches entrepreneurship theory, design thinking, financial management, AI strategy, market research, growth, operations, global entry, and leadership — culminating in a thesis or live venture project presented at Demo Day.

Core entrepreneurship skills

Entrepreneurial thinking, value proposition design, customer discovery, pitch and persuasion, networking, and orientation. These are the non-negotiables before anything else.

Startup & venture

Lean startup methodology, MVP development and launch, product-market fit, business model canvas, pitch deck creation, investor relations, term sheet negotiation, cap table management, founding team design, startup law, early-stage KPI/OKR systems, and scaling strategies. This is where founders go from concept to company.

Finance and investment

Financial literacy for non-finance founders, startup valuation, the VC ecosystem, angel and seed processes, burn rate and runway management, financial modeling in Excel, public grant programs (TÜBİTAK, KOSGEB), debt financing alternatives, and exit strategies including M&A fundamentals.

Sectoral verticals

Domain-specific depth across fintech, healthtech, edtech, govtech, cleantech, e-commerce, proptech, legaltech, deep tech (biotech and space), and agritech — grounding entrepreneurship knowledge in the realities of each industry.

AI & Management

Designed for leaders, managers, and business professionals who need to operate confidently in an AI-driven environment without necessarily being technical. It is the most cross-disciplinary of the three.

Management and leadership

Leadership styles and coaching, strategic planning and scenario analysis, OKR-based goal management, building high-performance teams, talent acquisition and retention, company culture design, negotiation, crisis management, board dynamics, internal communications, and preserving culture during hypergrowth.

AI applied to business

AI literacy and core concepts, prompt engineering for business use, automating workflows with AI tools, productive use of ChatGPT and Claude, AI ethics and governance, AI for marketing and content creation, and preparing for the automation of roles and professions. These teach people how to work with AI, not build it.

Marketing, growth, and sales

Growth hacking, SEO/SEM, performance marketing on Meta and Google, content strategy and brand voice, B2B sales processes, customer success and retention, pricing strategy, brand positioning, social media strategy, and product launch planning.

Global perspective and society

Global market entry strategy, dynamics of MENA, EU, and US markets, export and internationalization, cross-cultural management, social entrepreneurship and impact investing, ESG and corporate sustainability, technology ethics and societal impact, the relationship between history, civilization, and technology, and a panel series featuring Turkish founders who scaled globally.

Core management & product/project management

Data literacy, time and energy management, written and visual communication, critical thinking, product management fundamentals, working effectively with technical teams, and Agile/Scrum practice.

AI & Technical

Compact but high-value, this category equips founders and professionals with the technical literacy and hands-on skills to build or meaningfully evaluate digital products — without the depth of a computer science degree.

Software development and infrastructure

No-code/low-code development tools (so non-engineers can prototype), UX/UI design fundamentals, data analysis using Excel, SQL, and Tableau, API logic and integrations, cloud infrastructure basics, cybersecurity and data privacy essentials, and Web3 and blockchain fundamentals.

AI and machine learning

Machine learning fundamentals (how models are trained, evaluated, and deployed) and the AI product development process (how to scope, build, and ship AI-powered features) — ideal for founders building AI products who need credible conversations with their engineering teams.

Deliverables, not exams. Portfolios, not grades.
