How it works
B-School's methodology is built on one conviction: you learn to build ventures and technology by actually building them. Every program follows the same four-step rhythm.

Modules stand alone. Start with a single one or stack the entire programme into a full venture-building track.

Every class ends with a deliverable: an essay, an agent, an MVP, a pitch deck, a budget, an analysis.

You present your work to mentors and a panel of founders and investors — and defend it like a real founder would.

Your portfolio, certificate and network are ready. You plug into the B-Connector ecosystem.
The venture-building method
01
Every venture track starts with customer discovery and problem validation. You interview real users, map their pains and prove the problem is worth solving before writing a single line of a business plan.

You work in weekly build-measure-learn loops: form a hypothesis, ship the smallest testable version, gather real feedback and iterate. Lean startup methodology is not a lecture topic — it is the operating rhythm of the programme.

MVPs are launched to real audiences, not demoed in a classroom. You track activation, retention and willingness to pay, and refine the business model canvas until the numbers hold up.

The venture is finished like a fundable company: pitch deck, financial model, cap table, data room and a live pitch in front of founders and investors at Demo Day.
The technical delivery method

Technical tracks end in deployed artefacts: a working prototype, an automated workflow, a data pipeline or an AI-powered feature — built with no-code/low-code tools, APIs and cloud infrastructure.

You use AI tools the way modern teams do: prompt engineering, AI-assisted development and workflow automation are practised on real projects, not studied in the abstract.

Every project is instrumented. You analyse your own product data with Excel, SQL and Tableau, and let evidence — not opinion — decide the next iteration.

You finish able to scope, evaluate and lead technical work: how systems integrate, what machine learning models can and cannot do, and how to have credible conversations with engineering teams.
